Step Four: Worried about a boarder line grade? Not so great at math?

Math is not my best subject but I was trying my hardest, I was getting A’s on my homework assignments but D’s on my tests! I talked to my teacher about how I get nervous during tests and how I was concerned about them bringing my grade down, she started bumping up my test grades and giving me extra credit.

Sucking up to a teacher will get you far. It really does work!!!!

For example, my english teacher was a huge bitch! The entire class resented her, so when everyone else was giving her ‘ the cold sholder’ I smiled at her in the hallways and always said hello to her when I walked into the class room, she started helping me on my work more and more, I got the book I wanted for my reading project (none of the other kids in the class got the book they picked!) It never hurts to be nice to people, and teachers love that kind of stuff! Even if they seem mean, they probably are not as bad as you think!!! Most teachers love to hear about whats going on in their students lives.

Disclaimer: Don’t let the teacher figure out you really don’t like them or you’re Screwed with a capital ‘S’.

Samie’s Guide To Manipulating Your Parents : Part Three

Step Three: Want to go out? Parents wont let you?

Tell them all about some big party that you’re blowing off because you didn’t think they would approve of the people who were going to be there.

Later on, Ask your parents if you can hang out with some other friends who didn’t think going to the party was such a good idea either. They will be so proud of you for hanging out with ‘good’ friends that they will probably let you go.

Once you’re out, you’re out! Do whatever you want.

Disclaimer: The trick is to keep your story straight, don’t let them figure out you’re lying to them!!!!

Samie’s Guide to Manipulating Your Parents : Part Two

Step Two: Want something? Your parents won’t buy it for you?

The trick is not to whine! It’s annoying and will irritate your parents and they will be way more likely to say no!

I’ll use an outfit as an example, in a mall, walk by the store window a few times, make a point of mentioning the out fit in the store. Tell them you don’t want to make them spend that much money on you. (that gets them every time) Look in several other stores but keep saying how you liked the other outfit so much more. On your way out, ask if you can stop by one more store, the store! Run inside and ask if you can try it on, your parents will feel so bad they haven’t gotten you anything they will insist on buying it for you.

Disclaimer:  This step requires guilting your parents into buying you something. Probably won’t work if you are car shopping!!!

Samie’s Guide To Manipulating Your Parents

Step One: Confusing Your Parents

A confused parent is easier to manipulate. Family settings are best for this step. For example, while in the middle of an argument, flip-flop sides, agree with your father, then disagree with him, disagree with your mom, then agree with her. Continue to do this until they can’t be sure of whose side you’re on.  When they are away from each other, they automatically assume you are on their side. Go out shopping or ask them for something separately. With the idea you’re on their side, they will be ten times more likely to buy you something or let you do something.

Disclaimer: This step works best with divorced or separated parents as they are less likely to find out.
